Danielle McLellan-Bujnak, MSc is a spirited early childhood educator and teacher educator, researcher, and workforce advocate who brings equal parts heart and scholarship to the field. With a background in lifespan human development and a passion for progressive, relationship-based care, Danielle has worked everywhere from college classrooms to cozy living rooms—partnering with families, nannies, and newborn care specialists to champion the mental health and well-being of our youngest learners. She’s best known for her CAREOF framework and Respectful Care®, her joyful curiosity, and her ability to make complex ideas feel human and hopeful. When she’s not presenting or writing, you’ll find her chasing big questions, tiny giggles, and the perfect cup of coffee
