About me
Dr. Gilbert is a professor of early childhood education (birth-kindergarten) program at Northern Kentucky University. Courses she teaches include programming and education for infants, toddlers, preschoolers and kindergarten, screening and ongoing assessment, current issues and trends in early childhood, interaction and guidance, home-school-community engagement, early childhood special education programs, and administration and supervision in early childhood. Dr. Gilbert also supervises clinical experience and field experiences for Interdisciplinary Early Childhood Education Certification teacher candidates.
