About me
Dr. Diane Jackson Schnoor helps educators build connections through multicultural picture books and STEM experiences to engage learners and build opportunities for literacy, math, and science gains across the curriculum. She brings 25+ years of practical knowledge from her work in the classroom, as founder of an award-winning preschool, and as a museum educator. In addition to teaching at the University of Virginia and Shenandoah University, she consults with field leaders like Steve Spangler Science, Kesler Science, Fueling Brains, and Abilities Network. She hosts the Adventures in Learning podcast, and has presented at national and regional conferences, including NAEYC, SECA, VAAEYC, and Science in the Rockies.
