Paul serves as Executive Director of Arkansas Early Childhood Association and State Manager for the TEACH Early Childhood ARKANSAS scholarship program. Prior to that, he held several positions in early childhood including State Pre-K Administrator, trainer/consultant for Arkansas State University Childhood Services and Director of Operations for Western Arkansas Child Development. Paul also serves as an Adjunct Instructor in Early Childhood Education at University of Arkansas Fort Smith. He holds a BS degree in Mathematics from University of Arkansas and completed graduate studies in Early Childhood Education at Arkansas State University.
